Common Questions About Your First Visit
Please bring your completed forms, insurance card, photo ID, and a list of any medications you're currently taking.
If you've completed your forms at home, arrive 10 minutes early. If you need to fill them out here, please arrive 15-20 minutes early.
Your first visit includes a comprehensive exam, necessary X-rays, a professional cleaning, and a discussion of your oral health goals and treatment plan.
